Fabulous

Excellent buffet breakfast, large choice of hot and cold food. We had halfboard, dinner is also buffet style. Again, large choice of cold and hot dishes and desserts of good quality and very fresh. Dishes were different every day. Staff at reception and in dining room very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable. It is worth it paying extra for room with balcony with Seaview as it overlooks the whole port and bay.

Great location but missing the 4 star vibe

Great location. Spacious room with great housekeeping.

The pool and pool area is nice but is too small for the size of the hotel. This results in a scramble for sunbeds in the morning which becomes stressful and almost unpleasant. They need to do something to sort this. As a two adult party we probably went at the wrong time of the year ie school holidays. But that aside the pool experience was the low point

A pleasant well located property in the centre of Port Soller with all facilities one would want

The property is extremely well located right in the middle of Port Soller. It has everything you want including a pool which overlooks the sea.

We did not get the room we booked, however possibly had a superior room in that it was bigger, quiet, but without a view. I think the cheaper rooms, which we booked and we were offered after querying our placement , are smaller than I would have expected. It's also difficult to get a sunbed at times.

Definitely recommend this property.

Great location, rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, with a large balcony.

Nothing much at all, clothes storage was limited, you couldn’t hang dresses as the unit was too short.

Great location

Loved the location, staff were lovely especially the bar staff around the pool. Breakfast was good ,loads of selection

We had a basic room due to availability,the lack of soundproofing was noticed especially through the night when you could here the neighbour paddling around and using the bathroom. Could do with brighter lights around a mirror for makeup.Would definitely stay again but hopefully be able to book a better room .

Disappointing

Good location

Advertised as having a pool- closed the whole time. Advertised as having rooftop bar - closed the whole time. We could have gone somewhere cheaper but chose Eden becuase of the pool and becuase of the rooftop bar. So very disappointed and no real reason not to open either of them- the cleaners cleaned and scrubbed around the pool and in the pool every morning, but no one was allowed to use it. So reduce charges and let guests know before they book that these facilities are not open.
