Great hotel and staff.

The room was great. The hotel was perfectly located for bars and restaurants and the sea.

I think £350 per night for a room with a harbour view is very expensive.

Great aside from the balcony lights. Quite touristy.

I would not go back until they turn the room balcony lights off earlier than 11:30pm.

Rooms very small. I had booked 3 twin rooms but one was double and staff reluctantly changed to a twin

Beautiful view from the balcony. Great location in front of the beach. Good breakfast. The room was well equipped.

Almost not working WiFi, bad cleaning, hair everywhere. Unfriendly staff at reception.

Comfortable stay in a great location

Excellent location, great rooftop bar to watch the sun go down. Loved being able to get a fresh towel every day to take to the beach!

Lack of availability of poolside sunbeds though we are beach people so not a problem for us.

Even though we have given you several criticisms ,overall we enjoyed our stay.

Location. View from sea view room excellent. Good balcony furniture. Plenty of choice of food. Staff very helpful.Rooms very clean. Good size bathroom.

Food not hot enough, hot dinner plates would help. Wardrobe poor as hanger difficult to use (connection wrong way round) and too high. Also not enough drop for long dresses or skirts. Duvets took up too much space in wardrobe.Not enough drawer space. No lights over settee for reading. Not enough sun beds for size of hotel and pool needed cleaning above water level.Bad smell of toilets in snack bar.

Will return to Port de Soller

Fantastic location, spotlessly clean. Staff very very good and so helpful. Breakfast was super. Only draw back was lack of sun beds and these were not monitored. The hotel was so good, rooms comfortable and location to beach, front line and all facilities fab. Had an great roof top bar with good sights over the port and fantastic cocktails- staff we’re also very helpful. Will return

Sun beds need to be managed by the management of the hotel. At 9am it was carnage with residents literally fighting for a bed to get their towel on and then disappearing for most of the day.

it was a nice hotel in beautiful surroundings

wasn’t too struck on what was meant to be a superior room a/c was rubbish bin in bathroom was broke and not replaced ….. put dirty towels in pile when needing replacement and was replaced by just one towel
